Possible problems and solutions
- I Got Virus Alert. DrmBot is Harmful?
DrmBot does not publish harmful or infectious content at all. However, some virus software may warn that it may be a virus. In this case, you should disable your antivirus software until the installation of DrmBot is finished and close the folder where DrmBot is installed in the virus scan.
On this link you can see all the antivirus software and the virus scan test for DrmBot.
- DrmBot Works, But Does Not Control Game?
Check the following in order.
- Check if BlueStacks 0.9, BlueStacks 3N or BlueStacks 4 is installed. DrmBot only works with BlueStacks 0.9, BlueStacks 3N or BlueStacks 4 .
- DrmBot only works with English gaming language. Is the MCOC language set to English? Check it out. If a different language is set, set it in English. If you are using BlueStacks 3N or BlueStacks 4, make sure that BlueStacks language is set to English.
- Are BlueStacks keyboard settings configured for MCOC? To test you can try by pressing the arrow keys, z, x, c and space. During the DrmBot setup, the keyboard settings are made automatically. You can fix the problem by reinstalling. If you are using BlueStacks 3N or BlueStacks 4, the F10 key closes the keyboard. Check that the keyboard is turned off.
If you do not see a problem during these checks, you can ask for help at support@drmbot.com.
After 2 to 3 hours my bluestacks will pop if I want to close , and a timer will start on the bot

You can turn off Safe Mode to keep it running continuously. Safe Mode runs for a while and then goes into standby mode again. BlueStacks is automatically turned off when you switch to Standby Mode. After the standby mode, BlueSatcks will continue to play automatically again. You do not need to do anything. Everything is done automatically.
Using the safe mode. Can use 24/7 Amy problem to ver ban?
Ban is unlikely when Safe mode is active. But you can get Kabam’s attention if you get a very high score in competitions. Then you can get ban. Therefore, do not try to win a hero in competitions.

When starting DB, it auto adjusts my BS resolution…
Yes, DrmBot is changing the BS resolution. But the BS settings mentioned above have to be done in the same way.
Unfortunately I spent the entirety of my trial trying to resolve this issue and I don’t feel like buying it to figure it out.
But once DrmBot changed the resolution (to the incorrect resolution) BS underlays the settings screen under the main viewport making it impossible to change the resolution to the correct resolution, once DrmBot has changed it to the incorrect resolution.

You can not use DrmBot on two different computers at the same time. When you close a computer, you can open it on a different computer. You need a second license to use it at the same time.

Why Why does DRMBOT lose the sequence in the arena so often?
Is it possible to have a long sequence without ever having to lose and use a lot of heroes with multiplier 0x?
The winning sequence in Arenas varies according to the arena chosen, the level of heroes and your mastery settings.

Hello. Since MCoC 20.0.1 DRMBOT is not working from game main screen, in order to use your bot we need to put game in fight screen and then activate it.
The problem is when we have anti ban tool active, wen bot stats game after break it’s stay stuck in main screen doing nothing.
I would like to suggest if possible in the future you put a key to activate bot (like we have F1 to desactivate it.

Do not log in from the phone while the MCOC is running on the computer. This will make it easier for Kabam to detect your bot. Turn off the computer, wait 5-10 minutes and log in with the phone.

Great tool, but needs a few more basic features.
1) Extend safe mode concept, add ability to set a custom timer — example: run for 2 hours, then quit.
2) Heavy attack is used way too frequently. MLLL; dash back; MLLL will win most fights and insure streak isn’t broken
3) Add options to use weaker heroes before stronger ones (reverse sort). What ends up happening is that a streak is broken, then the bot uses all the best heros while the score multiplier is under 3x

Does the computer or laptop have to be on for the bot to work? Or will it still work even after you turn off the computer or laptop
Your computer must always be turned on. You cannot perform another operation on your computer while the bot is running. If your computer hardware is strong enough, you can run the bot on virtual pc (Vmware etc.). In this way, you can continue to work on your computer while the bot is running.
DrmBot isn’t controlling my champions in the arena. I’ve made sure both mcoc, and bluestacks are in English, The control settings are different but I cant adjust the control settings to make it look like the picture provided in the support page.

After the most recent update of MCOC it no longer works with Bluestacks (any version tested). I know this isn’t a DrmBot issue exactly (more MCOC and Bluestacks) but it makes the bot completely unusable. Will a new version of Bluestacks come out that fixes this?
